Applicable terms for services and site use.

By your (You) use of this website droneagetech.com (Site) also accessible under droneagetech.co.uk and droneage.tech and the services provided by Drone Age Tech (We) also known as DAT and D.A.T for Photography, Videography, Editing, Drone and Aerial Services in the UK, You understand, accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions in this agreement.

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that You have read, understand and agree to our Privacy Policy.

If You do not agree to these terms and conditions then You should cease use of this site immediately.

We reserve the right to update or modify the contents of the Terms and Conditions at any time, without further notice and You agree that it is your responsibility to check on the Terms and Conditions to stay informed of any changes. Any continued use of the site and services provided are an agreement to the new terms and conditions.

You Acknowledge that your choice to access this site and the services provided from a location outside of the UK is your sole responsibility and decision and You are subject to your compliance to the Local Laws and Regulations of the Jurisdiction in which You reside.

You agree that you will only use this Site for lawful purposes and will not use this Site or the Services to infringe upon the rights of others.

Intellectual property

Site design, colours, logos, slogans and information, including the source code that have been written specifically for this Site and Drone Age Tech for use digitally and physically remain the intellectual property of Drone Age Tech and your agreement to the Terms and Conditions does not grant you exclusive rights for use.

We expressly forbid the use of the Drone Age Tech logo, slogan or data held within the Site and source code for commercial gain or LLM training that breaches Fair Dealing without the express prior written permission of Drone Age Tech.

Any Third Party content featured, remains the intellectual property of their respective owners and We do not claim ownership and mean no intent to infringe on the intellectual and copyright rights of their respective owners. Should You find that We have accidentally used your intellectual property in a way that We do not have permission, please contact us directly and We will aim to correct this as quickly as We are reasonably able.

We reserve the right to protect our intellectual property via the laws of England and Wales and will seek legal action where applicable.

Services, Content and Pricing

We reserve the right to Add, Remove or Modify any and all content available on the Site at any time without further notice including the Services that We provide and the Prices shown.

Pricing may change at any time to reflect the most accurate price We are able to offer for the Service you choose to purchase.

You understand that You will only receive the services that You have paid for at the time of booking and that any additional services required must be requested with at least 14 days notice which will incur further charges.

Some services may not be available at all times due to conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to Weather Conditions or Changes in the Law surrounding Drone flight. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund a booking where we deem it unsafe to proceed.

Where services are no longer available, We will offer an alternative or refund where applicable should payment have already been made.

All content is supplied with our Drone Age Tech Watermark until full payment is received, at which time a non watermarked version will be released.

Payments

You agree to pay a Deposit for any service you require at the time of booking in line with the Quote you see at Checkout. Only the Deposit is required prior to the Service being provided.

All deposits are non-refundable once the cancellation period has passed. See Cancellation Policy.

The remaining balance will be due within the timeframe as stated on your invoice upon completion of work carried out to fulfil the Service purchased.

You will be required to make the full payment before We release any finalised material that You have requested via the Service You have chosen.

All prices shown and quoted are inclusive of VAT.

*All payments are currently as of this update only available via BACS as noted on your invoice. Our new payment system made available via Stripe is incoming and will be the way to pay soon.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right in the UK to a 14 day cooling off period from the day after your contract starts to cancel your booking for a full refund of your deposit.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions you acknowledge that You understand the 14 day cooling off period and that You are responsible for contacting us should You wish to cancel within this timeframe and that We will not remind You at the end of this cooling off period.

Deposits are non-refundable after the cancellation period has passed and/or work has commenced.

Governing Law

All Terms and Conditions are governed and subject to the laws of England and Wales where applicable.

Any dispute with the Terms and Conditions, Services or use of the Site will be resolved through direct negotiation where possible or arbitration and will be subject to the Exclusive Jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We are not liable if We fail or choose not to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions at any time, this does not waive our right to enforce these Terms and Conditions at any other occasion and we may retrospectively enforce these Terms and Conditions at a later date.

Should any of these Terms and Conditions become unenforceable, invalid or illegal, the remaining Terms and Conditions will still apply.

Drone Regulation Compliance

Drone Age Tech conforms to all current CAA regulations and maintains records and training for CAA compliance for all individual pilots.

Drone Age Tech will always conform to UK and International laws surrounding No Fly Zones and reserves the right to cancel any requested flights that would otherwise breach CAA regulations and International Local Laws for flight. Any client that attempts to solicit services with malicious intent will be reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

The Site

We will do our best to keep the Site up to date but offer no guarantees, warranties, or conditions that the information will be;

• Accurate
• Secure
• Free from malicious code, bugs or viruses

The Site may not always be available and experience down time for Updates, Modifications, Server Upgrades or conditions beyond our control.

We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of the Site Including;

• Any direct, indirect or consequential losses
• The use of the Site from external sources
• The inability to use the Site or any site linked to or from it

This site uses external links to sites that have their own Terms and Conditions, along with their own Privacy Policies which you will have to read and agree to separately before their use. We are not responsible for any damages or losses you may experience as a result of using these external sites or any site they may link to.

External sites may link to this Site which we have no affiliation or control over.

External sites may not claim to be Drone Age Tech or affiliated to Drone Age Tech without express written permission.

Drone Age Tech only uses droneagetech.com, droneagetech.co.uk and droneage.tech for access to the Site and only the @droneagetech handle for Instagram and Facebook.

Forbidden Activity

It is expressly forbidden when using the Site to;

• Introduce Viruses, Worms, Trojans, Logic Bombs or other Malicious code or technology that is harmful.
• Make any unauthorised attempt to access the Site server, database or payment window.
• Attack the Site or attempt a DOS.
• Purchase a Service with Malicious Intent.
• Copy any content or data in part or in full.
• Clone and attempt to Pass Off as Drone Age Tech.
• Alter any code for any purpose.

We will release any relevant data about You that relates to any activity of this kind to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

We make every effort to keep this Site free from Viruses or other Malicious code that could be harmful or cause interference. We are not liable for any damages or loss to your data or device that may be experienced through the use of this Site. You must take all reasonable care to protect yourself when using this Site.

AI, Generative AI and LLM

Generative AI and LLM programs will not be used at any time by Drone Age Tech to fulfil the commitments of the Service purchased. We will not grant Generative AI or LLM programs access to any of the content You have purchased.

There may be instances when non-generative AI is used in the flight software to help our drones and assisting technology to allow our Pilots to perform safely depending on the Service requested or the environment.

Communication and Digital Communication

By accepting the Terms and Conditions, You grant us permission to contact You via the e-mail and telephone number that You provide in relation to the Service You have requested. We will only contact You for this purpose and will not release your contact information to any third party.
